About The Role:

If you're looking for challenges and opportunities to hone your skill in Legal Corporate, then You're in the right place. As our Legal Executive, You'll support our Legal team in taking the role of drafting regulations, agreements, policy, and provide legal opinions. You'll be working closely with all departments in ICDX Group and other external parties (such as: BAPPEBTI, Kemendag, etc). Since we are aiming to be a global exchange, You'll also monitor the development of regulations on Commodity Exchange both nationally and internationally and it's impact to our business. 

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Law.
• Have experience at least 2 year in the related field, preferably from law firm
• Required language(s): English.

Main Responsibilities

• Draft regulations, agreements, policy or announcement and their amendments.
• Prepare, review, and finalize all agreements.
• Provide translation for legal documents.
• Provide legal expertise and support to the company’s services.
• Dealing with other legal matters to support all departments
• Monitor relevant legal developments both nationally and internationally.
• Ensure that the Company complies with relevant laws.
